A transparent, fast drying adhesive for adhering paper or cloth backed discs to sponge rubber, metal, plastic, canvas, or back-up plates. 3M adhesive is designed to allow removal of used discs without destroying the discs, yet tackiness is maintained to allow 5 to 6 discs to be replaced before recoating back-up plate with adhesive.
